Prithviraj's next in Malayalam would be Vasthavam. The shooting for the movie to be directed by Padma Kumar, who came up with a very serious and gripping film Vargam, begins 25 July.

Prithviraj had played the lead role in Vargam too. Prithviraj's performance in the film as an anti-hero who finally decides to reform himself, was well-appreciated by critics and the audience.

Babu Janardhanan is writing the screenplay for Vasthavam. The film also has Jagathy, Murali, Jagadhish, Salim Kumar, T G Ravi, Sindhu Menon, Samvritha Sunil and many others.

Prithviraj's career in Tamil is on a high following the success of his last release Parijatham. He is currently acting in Mozhi being produced by Prakash Raj and another Sathum Podaathay directed by Vasanth.
