Kammarasambhavam fame director Rathish Ambat has announced his next project. Titled Theerpu, meaning judgement, the movie will star actors Prithviraj, Indrajith Sukumaran, Vijay Babu, Isha Talwar, Saiju Kurup, and Hannah Reji Koshy, and Murali Gopi. 

Apart from acting and penning the screenplay for the movie, actor Murali Gopi will also be turning producer with this upcoming film, which has Rathish and Vijay Babu of Friday Film House as co-producers. The film will go on floors in February. 

It may be noted that Prithviraj and Indrajith had earlier worked together in two of Murali Gopy’s scripts, Tiyaan and Lucifer, with Prithviraj directing the latter. Apart from Theerpu, Prithviraj and Indrajith will share the screen in Irshad Parari's upcoming movie Ayalvashi as well. 

Meanwhile, Prithviraj is also part of Dijo Jose Antony’s Jana Gana Mana, Domin D’Silva’s Star and Tanu Balak’s Cold Case, Manu Warrier’s Kuruthi, and a few other movies including Ambili director John Paul George's next produced by Ashiq Usman.
