After quite search for a different face , the makers of new Prithviraj movie 'Picket 43' has finally fixed a new name as the heroine of the movie. The new lady who has got the nod seems to Anusha. In the movie which tells about the comradeship between between the Indian soldier Hareendranath Nair and the Pakistani soldier Mushraff, who are left isolated in snow filled picket in the border, the heroine appears only in the scenes shot at Ottapalam, which comes in the flashbacks.

Bollywood actor Javed Jaffrey debuts into Mollywood playing Musharaf in the movie. Kashmir is the main location of the movie which also have Renji Panicker, Anumol, Harish Peradi, and Shobha Mohan in the cast lines.

Jomon T John wields the camera while Ratheesh Vegha composes music for the movie.
