Young star Prithviraj, who is eyeing for the super stardom for quite some years will have a project shortly which is curiously titled as 'Simhasanam'. This will be the first ever film of Prithvi with the action director Shaji Kailas, who films have elevated actors like Sureshgopi to superstars.

Prithvi had earlier been with Shaji for the film 'Reghupathy Raghava Rajaram' which had to be shelved due to financial problems.

Also written by the director, the movie project ‘Simhasanam’ is said to offer plenty of differences to Mollywood. Saikumar and Jagathy Sreekumar will appear in other important roles in this film which is scheduled to start by the 24th of February.
