Royal analyst Hilary Fordwich claims that Prince William has reportedly prevented his brother Prince Harry from returning to the royal family. William, she informed Fox News Digital, has taken a strong position on this. "Harry is not welcome back in any capacity, William has made it plain," Fordwich said.
William is adamant even if King Charles III is willing for reconciliation. "Charles still misses Harry and might be willing to see more of him," Fordwich said, "but William refuses to speak to his brother after the revelations in 'Spare' and the Netflix series."
A Kensington Palace official declined to comment. Fordwich's comments line former royal butler Grant Harrold's advice that Harry may be accepted back only if he publicly apologized for his memoir "Spare." "A public statement from Harry admitting mistakes could mend ties, but it's unlikely to happen," Harrold told the New York Post.
Considered the family's enforcer, William is resolved to shield the monarchy from any upheaval. British presenter Helena Chard reflected a similar attitude to Fox News Digital: "William views Harry's actions as unforgivable and has cut off communication to prevent further betrayal."
Chard said Harry's actions had severely offended the late Queen Elizabeth II, therefore testing his relationship with William even more. King Charles is hopeful for peace even with the continuous conflict. "Charles is willing to forgive and won't give up on Harry," Chard said.
According to experts, Harry's brand depends on his royal ties and that any possibility of restoring his relationship with the royal family depends on a public apology.
