Ahead of the theatrical release of 'Prince' on October 21 (simultaneous release in Telugu and Tamil), its Telugu trailer was released via Vijay Deverakonda's social media handles.
Director Anudeep KV of 'Jathi Ratnalu' fame has cast Sivakarthikeyan's character as a cool-headed school teacher falling for his new colleague, a British woman (Maria Riaboshapka). The love affair results in some quirky consequences, described by a character as an international conflict.
“Only because I follow our pledge ‘All Indians are our brothers and sisters’, I ended up falling for a British woman," says the lead man towards the end of the fun-filled trailer. One thing gets clear: We are in for a laugh ride sans logic and melodrama.
At the start, we see Sathyaraj's character funnily trying to bridge differences between two warring groups.
The film has music scored by Thaman S. The cinematography is done by Manoj Paramahamsa, while Praveen KL has served as the editor. Produced by D Suresh Babu, Narayan Das K Narang, and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao through Suresh Productions Pvt, Sree Venkateshwara Cinemas LLP, and Shanthi Talkies, the film is expected to be a satirical comedy.
