Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's global adventures continue. Over the past month, the royal couple has been jet-setting, starting with their presence in Dusseldorf, Germany for Harry's Invictus Games. En route to and from Germany, they briefly touched down in the U.K. Then, they sneaked away on a quiet romantic getaway to Portugal. Now, they've embarked on another journey, this time to an exclusive Caribbean island, enjoying a romantic escape together.
As reported by The Mirror, the couple was recently captured walking hand in hand on the idyllic island of Canouan in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. This followed a busy week in New York City, where they participated in Archewell's first in-person event, dedicated to World Mental Health Day.
A lucky passerby spotted Harry and Meghan on their leisurely stroll in Canouan. Meghan donned a stylish white maxi dress and a Panama hat, while Harry sported navy shorts, a white t-shirt, and comfortable flip flops. Notably, they appeared to have left their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, behind for this trip.
The couple's day included shopping at the upscale grocery store Faye, followed by a scenic walk along a bougainvillea-lined promenade and a ride on a luxury tender boat to Canouan's north shore. Canouan, known as the destination "billionaires go to escape millionaires," is an intimate island spanning just three miles wide.
This Caribbean paradise is a popular spot for other celebrities like Amal and George Clooney, Robert Downey Jr., and Leonardo DiCaprio, making it an ideal getaway for the Sussexes as well.
