A return to London for Prince Harry is now on the cards, and speculation has suggested he could reconcile with his estranged Royal Family.
Queen Elizabeth's former communications and press secretary, Ailsa Anderson, was also welcoming of the idea of Harry reconnecting now. She said families fight often, and it's not easy, but she believes in the possibility of reconciliation.
Prince Harry will be back on home soil this week as he gets ready to attend the WellChild Awards on September 7—just one day before the anniversary of the Queen's passing away. Hinted events that might bring the family together include an announcement from the Cabinet Office about a new memorial for the Queen.
However, the possibility of Harry having "peace talks" with the King remains uncertain, and Anderson does not have a crystal ball to see the future. She recognized Harry’s commitment to his charities and the Invictus Games but stressed that he is ardently interested in helping the Armed Forces because of his military background.
Anderson, being the daughter of a military officer, knows how important such efforts are in helping injured military personnel and applauds Harry for keeping up this cause consistently. She said she still hopes reconciliation can happen within the Royal Family, despite all they have been through together.
