Sussex.com: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Digital Rebranding with Their Regal Titles

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have returned to their website using their royal titles. The couple’s new Sussex.com has replaced their previous website, Archewell.com, which is now providing more personal updates regarding their activities.
When one accesses the website, there is a massive photo of the two from last year’s Invictus Games that graces the site, overlaying their royal coat of arms as well as the designation “The Office of Prince Harry and Meghan. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex.” Links to the Archewell Foundation, Archewell Production, and then their Sussex Royal website are at the very bottom of the page.
The rebrand to Sussex comes after their stepping down from the royal family in 2020, a moment their ‘Sussex Royal’ tag became the subject of debate at Buckingham Palace. In their stepping back, they retained Duke and Duchess titles but couldn’t use HRH.
Their new website shows their undertakings - Archewell Foundation, Archewell Productions, patronages, ventures, organizations that they support. Importantly, the profiles never referred to their origins in the royal family. Harry is described as a humanitarian, a military veteran, a mental health advocate, and an environmental campaigner. Meghan is easily tagged as a feminist, a champion of human rights and gender equity, and is currently a perennial cast member of the hit TV series Suits.
Their news section would tend to pay more attention to their personal outings than their philanthropic works. Not less than a week ago, Harry went all the way to Las Vegas to award the NFL’s Man of the Year award to Cameron Heyward after visiting the UK earlier in the week for his father, King Charles, who was diagnosed with cancer. However, the visit did not feature any meetings with his brother, the Prince of Wales.
The renovation of the site connotes their continued transition away from royal duties to personal and charity activities, signifying a new dawn in their public life.
