Premam story taken from another film?

A video is going viral proving the fact that the blockbuster move Premam`s story is taken from another film. The surprise element is that it is taken from the director`s debut movie Neram which had Nivin Pauly and Nazriya Nazim in the lead. It was a bilingual in Tamil and Malayalam and was a blockbuster movie. A dialogue in a police station by the Inspector`s character which was essayed by Shammy Thilakan reveals the basic plot of the Premam film.
