As we had reported earlier, the Tamil Nadu people's protest for Jallikattu the Tamil's ancient sport has been inspiring the entire nation. The stars from other film industries are also expressing their appreciation for such an organised non-violent and democratic protest held for days together without even a leader or backing of any organisation.
Tollywood stars Mahesh Babu, Pawan Kalyan and Malayalam superstar Mammootty had earlier sent messages praising the people's uprising.
Now 'Premam' star Nivin Pauly who is much close to the heart of Tamils has also praised the protests at Chennai Marina for Jallikattu and he has compared it with Mani Ratnam's 2004 political flick 'Aaydha Ezhuthu'.
United we stand, Divided we fall.. The images from Marina, Chennai reminds me of Ayutha Ezhuthu..#justiceforjallikattu
