The pirated copies of 'Premam' is still selling like hot cakes. The movie's producer Anwar Rasheed is irked with the way the investigation is progressing. He says has done all he can to aid the investigation by given all possible details, including the names of shops were the dvds are being sold, the places where he submitted the censor copies and taking down online versions of the movie.

However, Anwar notes that so far no steps have been taken to arrest the culprit. He points out how the culprit of the leaked 'Puli' teaser was arrested within a day, while the person who pirated 'Premam' is still at large. He says he has by now given up on the issue. The DYSP in charge of the cyber cell says that the investigation is on. FEFKA, the producers' association also says that they are looking at the issue.
