The movie 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' revolves around family, tradition and good values. This movie is already creating headlines and breaking records all over, but for Bihar police its nothing much but just spreading awareness.

Bihar Police were trying their best to win over kids from the Maoist-hit villages in a bid to deter them from joining the violent movement. Gaya police recently organised a screening of this Salman Khan's movie for some 100 children and their guardians at a local theatre. They only aim was to spread the message that knowledge is more powerful than bullets. As majority of the children are orphans and who have lost their parents to the Maoist violence over the years, so those kids were considered as soft targets of the ultra-left extremist groups.

This programme was organised by Gaya's Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Manu Maharaj under the 'Operation Vishwas (Trust)' as a bid to prevent kids from taking up arms. Gaya police also distributed books and other study material among the children.
