The B-town’s pretty dimpled beauty Preity Zinta of late attracted the shutterbugs when she visited the holy destination of Varanasi. Clad in red-pink ethnic wear, the actress had turned up at Bhairav temple to seek the blessings of Almighty. ""Good morning world ! This morning is definitely a holy one 4 me since I saw the sunrise over the Holy Ganga in the ancient city of Benaras," had shared the actress on her micro-blogging site.

Since this visit of hers came in the awake of peak election period, speculations were rife that Zinta had visited the temple for political reason. Since she is known to be a huge supporter of BJP leader Mr.Narendra Modi, however, the Kings XI Punjab co-owner flatly dismissed such perceptions. Clarifying on things, Preity tweeted: "Finally I have not gone to Varanasi 2campaign 4 any party nor am I being paid to do so cuz frankly speaking my opinions are not for sale."

Completely soaked in the spiritual atmosphere, Preity seemed to have felt at peace for she had also written, "Stunning temples, Satvik food, silk sarees, crowded streets & Political discussion.
