According to insiders this what led to the row between Priety and Ness..

It all happened during an IPL match on May 30, 2014 in Mumbai at Wankhede Stadium.

Preity was seated in the front row seats at the Garware Pavilion with David Miller’s family. Ness entered the pavilion during the match with his family and insisted that the seats be given to him.

This turned into an ugly argument between Preity and Ness resulting in exchange of insults. Sources revealed that Preity even approached the IPL chairman and complain verbally about the incident.

Later on June 13, 2014 Preity filed a complaint against Ness accusing him of molestation, threats and abuse. She stated that since their split, they only spoke for professional reasons and during the heated arguments regarding the team, Ness got abusive and insulted Preity in front of her team members and colleagues. Preity further added that she was surprised that no one stood by her. She even mentioned that Ness threatened to make her disappear by using his powerful political connections.

The police is still investigating the case which has taken an ugly turn by reports of Wadia’s filing a police complain for threats from underworld warning them of ‘harm’ if harassment to Preity continues..

It’s sad to see a fairy tale romance going horribly wrong ending up in such spats in public over occupying seats at a cricket match resulting in police complaints against each other on charges of molestation, abuse and threats from underworld.
