Pray for Neasamani inspires new movie - Details

Vignesh Prabhakar a youngster triggered the hashtag Pray for Neasamani to trend worldwide on twitter, facebook and instagram and Vadivelu who played the character in the Vijay-Suriya starrer 'Friends' stormed back into the limelight though he himself was unaware of the sensation it had created.
Now a new movie has been plannned inspired by the viral hashtag titled 'Contractor Neasamani'. A producer has submitted an application for the title at the Producers Council but his name has been withheld by the authorities. It is unknown whether the project will feature Vadivelu himself or other actors.
Vadivelu meanwhile is said to be contemplating a comeback by reviving 'Imsai Arasan 24aam Pulikesi' produced by Shankar and another film 'Pei Mama' directed by Shakti Chidambaram.
