Praveen and Chowdhary bags 'Kabali' Telugu rights

Praveen and Chowdhary of Shanmukha Films have bagged the theatrical release rights of Kabali's Telugu version. Remember that Abhishek Pictures had tried to bag the rights for a whopping Rs. 26 cr. Finally, the rights are in the kitty of Shanmukha Films. An official announcement is expected in a day or two. The price for which they have bagged will be known only later.

Superstar Rajinikanth is playing a don's role after a long gap and we all are aware about the wonders the teaser of Kabali has created on youtube.

Rajinikanth as a stylish don has a funny streak about him. The story revolves around the Malaysian mafia where the team has shot crucial sequences in Bangkok and Hong-Kong. Radika Apte plays the female lead and Dhansika is seen in a key role. Pa.Ranjith has directed this crazy project.

The buzz is that the Super Star completed his dubbing part in just 5 days the other day. The film's Telugu version has Mano's dubbing for the superstar.
