Pratyaksha shows the way

The government of India slogan of ‘Swachcha Bharath’ and policy to provide ‘Toilet’ in the rural houses has reached the tender youths very strongly it seems.

Here is an admirable response from 14 years Pratyaksha the child actor of Kannada film ‘Sandaas’. Pratyaksha hailing from agricultural family of rural Karnataka working in director Ajay Kumar film prepared for her role in two months at her village Dhanapura. The film on agitation of girl child Mallamma for having proper toilet and Mallamma go on hunger strike for three days.

After performing in that role Pratyaksha in real life adopted the issue by donating her Rs.1 lakh remuneration for construction of toilets. Swachch Bharat Abhiyan floated by government of India headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi should be followed she felt.

Pratyaksha is a theatre artist. She commenced from ‘Gandhi Bahdna’ of H Nagaveni in Champa P Shetty direction on stage. Pratyaksha was part of many stage plays and she played a guest role Saraswathi in ‘Ondu Motteya Kathe’ a runaway hit Kannada film.
