A year ago, actor-director Pratap Pothen announced that he will be directing Dulquer Salmaan for a upcoming love story penned by Anjali Menon. Later is was reported that the project has been dropped as the director and script writer had difference in opinions. Now recently Pratap Pothen was asked about the status of the movie and he confirmed that the film stands cancelled. He also added that he does not wish to make a movie just for the sake of earning money. 

However, Mollywood is currently beyond excited after Anjali Menon her new project with Prithviraj, Parvathy and Nazriya in the lead roles. The shooting of the movie is progressing at a brisk pace. Meanwhile, Pratap Pothen is gearing up for the release of Nivin Pauly-Trisha starerr Hey Jude, in which he plays a pivotal role.
