'KGF 3' is a tantalizing prospect. In a video clip doing the rounds on the Internet, director Prashanth Neel has given enough indication that 'KGF' is going to be turned into a franchise. The filmmaker, who is now put in the same league of SS Rajamouli, wants the audience to soak into the 'KGF' world yet another time.

"If the audience think there should be Chapter 3, we will surely make 'KGF 3'. We love franchises. It's easy to penetrate. Look at the popularity of 'KGF 2' compared with the first part. Once the audience love the characters and the world of a film, they would want to watch the next film in the franchise," Neel told a Kannada channel.

'KGF 2', which was released on April 14, grossed Rs 540 Cr (worldwide) in the first four days.

Starring Yash and Srinidhi Shetty as the lead pair, the action drama features Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon in powerful roles.
