Prasanna voices concern over neglected Villupuram rape and murder case

A shocking incident in Villupuram district where a ten year old boy was brutally murdered and his sister allegedly raped and beaten inches from death along with their mother Aarayi has shocked thousands. The police action of arresting five dalits is not satisfactory to the locals as they suspect the hand of upper caste people in the gruesome incident.
Actor Prasanna has taken to social media to express his anguish and has posted a question whether the death of a celebrity (Sridevi) has overshadowed the shocking incident of Villupuram or is there any other darker reason. He has added whether arrests would be made like the Madhu case in Kerala. People are showing their dissent over the killings in Syria but what is the use when an incident in our own state is being ignored, asks Prasanna.
