Pranav Mohanlal will be making his hero debut in director Jeethu Joseph`s next movie. It was last year Superstar Mohanlal announced his son`s hero debut in Malayalam Cinema. Though it has been more than 6 months ever since the project was announced, the makers have been maintaining silence on the project. And now, the latest that we hear is the much talked about project will start rolling by the end of May this year.

Reportedly, Jeethu Joseph is completing the movie's script and the team is eyeing for a September release as an onam release. Sources say that the team is currently busy finalising the cast and crew. Touted to be an action thriller in the lines of Prithviraj starrer Memories, the yet-to-be-titled movie will be produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Ashirvad Cinemas.

Pranav who shares a personal relationship with Jeethu, had earlier worked with the director as his assistant for the Tamil film Papanasham, which had Kamal Hassan in the lead and then in Life of Josutty, starring Dileep in the lead. As Pranav already has a huge fanbase in Kerala even before becoming a hero, expectations from the movie are sky high!
