Actor-turned-director Prakash Raj is going to direct a Hindi film. It will be a remake of his Telugu-Tamil film Ulavacharu Biryani (Un Samayal Arayil in Tamil), which starred himself and Sneha in two of the four main roles. The title is 'Tadka'.

The Hindi version Prakash Raj teaming up with Nana Patekar, Shriya Saran, and Tapsee Pannu. On the face of it, the Hindi version is being made on a bigger scale than the regional original. Nana Patekar is said to be impressed with Prakash Raj's direction.

Prakash Raj Productions and Zee Studios will jointly produce Tadka. Regular shoot will commence from May.

While Ulavacharu Biryani was a super flop, it has to be seen if Prakash Raj manages to pull off this multiplex film in Bollywood.

Meanwhile, Prakash Raj is awaiting the release of Manavoori Ramayanam.
