Prakash Raj endorses Leader

As an actor, who strongly advocates for responsible cinema with a conscience, Prakash Raj has always scouted for films with a message. His conviction became all the more clear after he acted in a deglam, yet hard-hitting, role in Kancheepuram, for which he even won the National Film Award for Best Actor.

The actor, who has just watched Shekar Kammula's Leader, strongly endorses the film, as he feels that it is not only a rare film, not made every other day, but also one in making which the director displayed honesty and discipline. The actor's association with value-based films goes long, though he has not been a part of a good number of them made by Telugu directors.

The actor is in congratulatory mood for the entire team of Leader, technicians and artistes, who have given their all in delivering such a heartful and soulful film.

He sincerely wishes that the audience watch the movie, as such kind of movies are not made every other day. A press release said, He also was thrilled by Rana's performance and the maturity he has shown playing the character.

Being an honest and bold film that speaks against casteist politics and political corruption, Leader has rightly inspired a responsible artist like Prakash Raj.
