Prakash Rai taken to task

For the reported comments in a section of media that Prakash Rai raised objection to the dialogues of ‘Seizer’ Kannada cinema, director Vinay Krishna and producer Trivikram Sapalya hit back on Monday morning at SRV theatre at the pre release meet.

‘Cow slaughter is akin to pimping mother’ is the dialogue for V Ravichandran in the film. It seems Prakash Rai has raised objection to writing this dialogue and a few places the reports splashed as Prakash Rai objected to the dialogue and taken director and producer to task. In the social media there is strong opposition to delete dialogues. Some of them are even telling, we will not watch the film in case dialogue is deleted. Majority are in favor of this dialogue explained Vinay Krishna.

Clarifying on such rumors director of Seizer Vinayakrishna said Prakash Rai is a villain in our film; he is Goonda of Goons in the title card. He has no business to poke in to the dialogues. He is just an actor in our film. The objection should have come from dream merchant V Ravichandran and he is the one mouth the dialogue. The regional censor board has given certificate allowing such dialogues. There is no point in Prakash Rai statement stated Vinay Krishna.

When the pressure to remove the dialogue comes from Ravi sir and we discuss to take a decision. The scene before and after particular dialogue moment have to be observed. It is quite a strong scene in the film says Vinay Krishna.
