Pradeep Ranganathan is one of the most notable among young talents who hit the bullseye as a director on debut with 'Comali' and as the male lead in 'Love Today'. Both the films went on to collect around rupees fifty crores and seventy five crores respectively at the box office skyrocketing his market to a new high.
Meanwhile Pradeep Ranganathan reacted to the official announcement on Vijay's 'Thalapathy 68'. He Tweeted "Best wishes @archanakalpathi mam @vp_offl sir @thisisysr sir #Thalapathy68â . Vijay fans were irked that the young actor-director mentioned the main people associated with the mega film but left out Thalapathy Vijay.
Pradeep responded to the angry tweets by writing " Im wishing the team for doing a Thalapathy film . Thats a pride . Pls dont read between the linesâ. It is worth mentioning that Pradeep had trolled most of the leading actors and directors of Tamil cinema in his tweets as teenager. When questioned about it after he became famous the 29 year old replied that due to the immaturity of his age he made those mistakes.
Incidentally Pradeep met Vijay and narrated a script for 'Thalapathy 68' which did not materialize due to unknown reasons. He is now gearing up to direct and act in a new movie produced by AGS Entertainment and also star in a new movie produced by Kamal Haasan and directed by Vignesh Shivan.
