Prabhu in a Malayalam flick

Buzz is that scriptwriter-director A. K. Sajan has approached actor Prabhu to star in a Malayalam film. Prabhu is said to have given a positive nod and the script is reportedly reaching its final stages.

The actor who is known for his easy acting styles is not a stranger to Malayali audiences. He had acted in a few Mollywood films and that too in very important roles. His role in the bilingual film 'Kaalapani' ('Siraichalai' in Tamil) with Mohanlal is a role that will be remembered for a long time to come. He has also acted in Rajasenan's Jayaram-starrer 'Malayali Mamanu Vanakkom' which was also a good hit in Malayalam.

Prabhu's played the role of a top cop in Ajith's 'Billa', and was appreciated for his performance. Prabhu's new movies in Tamil include 'Silambaatam' with Simbu, 'Ayan' with Suriya and 'Kuselan' with superstar Rajinikanth.
