He is known to be very humble, but recently we got to found out his very generous side as well. When choreographer-director Prabhu Deva got the news that Boney Kapoor and Sridevi’s house has been damaged by fire, he willingly offered his house to them.

Prabhu Deva said to have been very upset on hearing about the mishap and felt bad that the Kapoor had to get separated - such that, Boney Kapoor and Sridevi took a room in hotel, Boney’s mother was sent to Sanjay Kapoor’s house while the kids stayed in friend’s place. On coming to know all about these, the ‘R...Rajkumar’ filmmaker requested Sridevi to take his house, which incidentally belongs to the actress and Prabhu Deva had rented it.

While he felt it was easier for him to find a home for himself, he felt bad the Kapoors had to undergo inconveniences and so he immediately decided to give back his house to Sridevi with whom (and also with Boney) he shares good rapport.
