Actor Prabhu Deva's long delayed film 'Kalavadiya Pozhudhgal' has released on Friday (December 29) and on the same day the trailer of his mega budget film 'Guleabhagavali' had also released and impressed the audience. Adding to this, the day also saw the launch of a new film of the multi-talented pan Indian star. 

Prabhu Deva will be acting in the yet to be titled production venture of Passion Studios in which director-producer Arun Vaidhyanathan is also one of the producers The film, which will mark the debut of short filmmaker Akash Sam as a director in Kollywood. Was launched with a formal Pooja in Mysore. 

The film is touted to be a horror thriller which will have good scope for family sentiment also. 

Prabhu Deva apparently plays a botanist in the film. Rams, who played an important role in the recent critically acclaimed super hit 'Arram' is set to act in this film too. 

The makers are in the process of finalizing the heroine and other cast members.
