Even as Ilayathalapathy Vijay's 'Bairavaa' has just finished the shooting process, talks about 'Vijay 61' and even 'Vijay 62' have started doing strong rounds in Kollywood and media circles.

It is certain that Vijay's 61st film will be directed by 'Theri' director Atlee for Sri Thenandal Films banner. However, the formal official announcement on the project is yet to be made.

It is being speculated that the much-loved star will be teaming up with Selvaraghavan who is one of the most admired directors of to have emerged in 2000s.

Regarding the producer of this film, initially it was said that the prestigious Sivaji Productions presently owned by the Nadigar Thilagam's sons Ramkumar and veteran actor Prabhu.

Today the Ilayathilagam has apparently confirmed that Vijay has indeed listened to Selva's story and he is impressed with it: The Ilayathalapathy is yet to give his dates for the project and the production house will be making an official announcement soon after getting his dates.

Meanwhile, there are also speculations that Dhanush is also eager to produce his brother Selva's film with Vijay and his recent tweet asking the fans to wait for a 'Mass Announcement' is being linked with this project. Dhanush is expected to make that "announcement" tomorrow(November 9).

A clearer picture can be expected to arise within a few days.
