Prabhas went to Sessions court against vacate notice involving his 2,083 acre farm house in Raidurg, Serilingampalle. Government asked the actor to vacate and he submitted documents that support his ownership.

Sessions court granted him injection order against the vacate order. Government appealed to High Court and the court said that the Government cannot force the actor to vacate and at the same time, he shouldn't be able to own such a property, also.

It directed the trial court to examine the case completely and come up with a solution according to the guidelines and laws. It also asked the trial court to act independently in this case and not to be influenced by the High Court orders too.

Well, the actor's property came under government radar with some locals complaining about farming land being converted into a private property. But actually, Prabhas constructed a house long time back and is looked after by his staff!
