Director Rajamouli's magnum opus Baahubali: The Conclusion has started the shooting on Thursday (today). The news has been confirmed by Cinematographer Senthil and he tweets, "#Baahubali Part - 2 SHOOTING STARTS !!!!!!!!!. Today is the 1st day of filming for @BaahubaliMovie - The Conclusion. Super Excited !!!!"

The first part Baahubali has taken the box office by storm and emerged as one of the biggest blockbusters of Indian cinema. Featuring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka, Ramya Krishna and Tamannah in lead roles, the film is the story of two brothers, who wage war for the throne.

The shooting of the film is currently progressing in a specially erected set at a popular studio in Hyderabad, and the unit is filming important scenes on Prabhas, Ramya Krishna and other actors in this first schedule. Produced by Arka Media, the film is presented by K Raghavendra Rao. MM Keeravani is scoring the music for the film which is slotted for Pongal, 2017 release.
