Rebel star Prabhas is all set to astonish the fans with 'Salaar', the action extravaganza. This is the next film from the 'KGF' director Prashanth Neel and produced by Hombale Films. Set in the fictional city of Khansaar, the movie is all about the friendship between two highly violent men.

While the theatrical trailer became a huge success already, the makers unleashed a new trailer of Salaar today as the film is releasing this Friday. The close to three-minute video shows the sultan Varadha (Prithviraj) seeking the help of his friend, mechanic and one-man army Deva (Prabhas). However, we learn at the end of the trailer that the two turn arch-rivals.

'Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire' is all about how Varadha and Deva became rivals with the pretext of Varadha losing his Khansaar empire to a conspiracy. It sets out a battle for the throne and Varadha is trying to reclaim it. The trailer promises immersive visuals and an exhilarating musical score with adrenaline-rushing stunt sequences. The scale of the film looks so much bigger than KGF.

The ensemble cast of Salaar Part 1 includes Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Bobby Simha, Tinnu Anand, Easwari Rao, Sriya Reddy, Ramachandra Raju and many others. The music is composed by Ravi Basrur while the cinematography and editing are done respectively by Bhuvan Gowda and Ujwal Kulkarni.
