Rebel Star Prabhas' latest magnum opus 'Adipurush' landed in cinemas amid huge expectations. Unfortunately, the film gained poor word of mouth as it fell short of the expectations. However, the actor's box office prowess is too robust and it has made more than 200 crores in two days.

Meanwhile, the Prabhas fans are hoping that 'Salaar' will serve as the much-needed comeback in his filmography. The upcoming action biggie carries a lot of inception owing to the stunning combo of the 'Baahubali' star and the 'KGF' maker Prashant Neel. Produced by Hombale Films, Salaar is gearing up to storm the silver screens on September 28.

According to the latest reports, the first teaser of Salaar is coming up by the end of this month/first week of July. Currently, the final leg of filming is progressing in full swing. The ensemble star cast comprises Prabhas, Shruti Haasan, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Easwari Rao, Jagapathi Babu, Sriya Reddy and others. This movie will be a part of the KGF cinematic universe.

Salaar has music composed by Ravi Basrur, while the cinematography is done by Bhuvan Gowda.
