Young Rebel Star Prabhas is a busy man these days. The actor has dedicated close to three years for the two instalments of Baahubali, an historical war drama being directed by SS Rajamouli. Meanwhile, interesting news about Prabhas is doing rounds in film nagar circles. Grapevine is that Prabhas is in contention to play the titular role of director Gunasekhar's new movie Pratapa Rudrudu, a sequel to historical drama Rudhramadevi.

Currently, Guna is exploring the history books to encapsulate the pivotal episodes of the Kakatiya dynasty ruler in this sequel. The script work is on and the director is making attempts to woo Prabhas, says the buzz.

As of now, Prabhas is completely focusing on Baahubali: The Conclusion and after this magnum opus, he will be joining hands with director Sujeet of Run Raja Run fame for a new movie. In all probability, if Prabhas agrees to sign the dotted line, Guna has to wait at least a year to take his dream project onto the sets.
