SS Rajamouli and Shobu Yarlagadda were in Japan for a screening of 'Baahubali-2' (Japanese version).  Yesterday, the director received a rousing reception at the literally screaming screening of India's proudest magnum opus.

"So happy to meet all the fans and film enthusiasts who made it to the #Baahubali2 screaming screening in Tokyo, Japan last night. The love for movies surpasses boundaries...  Happy day," a happy Rajamouli tweeted out, posting a video clip.  HEYSSAAA... RUDHRASSAA... #Baahubali2 #Baahubali2inJapan

There were 600 in all in the auditorium.  Prabha's intro scene had them going gaga!   "Had GOOSEBUMPS all throughout while watching this video. Thank you Japan for the love you all showed for our film over 100 days of its release.  Jai Maahishmathi," producer Shobu said.

Meanwhile, 'Baahubali-2' is awaiting a grand release in China on May 4.  The China release is happening more than a year after the film released in India and many countries.  "Pleased that @BaahubaliMovie 2 will be the first Indian film to have an @IMAX release in China. It's big but very tough market to crack. Hoping for the best!" Shobu recently said.
