Prabhas donates generously to Wayanad

Prabhas, the globally renowned star, has demonstrated his compassion and support for those affected by the devastating landslides in Wayanad, Kerala. He has donated Rs 2 crore to the Kerala Chief Minister's Relief Fund, signifying a significant contribution towards the recovery efforts and aiding the families who have lost loved ones and homes.

The landslides, which occurred on July 30th, have tragically claimed over 400 lives. Rescue operations, now in their final stages, are focusing on inaccessible areas in Wayanad.

Prabhas joins a growing list of celebrities and actors from the South Indian film industry who have shown their solidarity with Kerala in this time of need. Chiyaan Vikram was among the first to donate, contributing Rs 20 lakh to the relief fund. Suriya, Jyotika, and Karthi collectively donated Rs 50 lakh to the victims of the landslides. Rashmika Mandanna expressed her sorrow over the tragedy and contributed Rs 10 lakh.

Malayalam actors, including Mammootty, Dulquer Salmaan, Fahadh Faasil, and Mohanlal, have also made generous contributions and urged the public to assist with donations and volunteer work.

On the professional front, Prabhas is awaiting the release of Salaar: Part 2: Shouryaanga Parvam and has Raja Saab with director Maruthi and Spirit with Sandeep Reddy Vanga in his pipeline.
