Director Nag Ashwin has kickstarted a new schedule of 'Project K', his most ambitious film. A few hours ago, Prabhas and his heroine Deepika Padukone started shooting for this Vyjayanthi Movies production. The 'Saaho' actor recently completed shooting for 'Adipurush'. And Deepika arrived in Hyderabad for this movie the other day.

Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan will join the duo at a later date. Big B has got a pivotal role in the movie. For the ongoing schedule at Ramoji Film City, a new sci-fi world has been created.

The biggest camera in the world has been procured for the film. Nag Ashwin has roped in a world-class cinematography department for the 2023 visual wonder. Over the months, 'Project K' has become Aswini Dutt's dream project as well.

In an interview before the release of 'Jathi Ratnalu', his production, this year, Nag Ashwin said, "When Prabhas garu's movie was announced, I thought the gap (between announcement and shoot) won't be huge. It's a new kind of film. Just to understand how it has to be made is taking the time. With 'Mahanati', we could just rent vehicles and shoot. With 'Project K', everything has to be built from scratch. The hero has given us full support."
