SS Rajamouli's international stature has been on the rise. On Monday, 'Roudram Ranam Rudhiram' received nominations in two categories at the Golden Globes Awards.
Appreciating the director, Prabhas described him as the greatest. "He is going to conquer the world," the 'Radhe Shyam' maker tweeted. The 'Adipurush' actor hinted that more milestones are up Rajamouli's sleeves.
Reacting to the post, Rajamouli thanked the "darling" and wrote, "You believed in my international recognition when I myself didn't."
It was a reference to 'Baahubali', which changed the fate of Indian cinema by making big-spectacle movies attractive. Budgets have gone up after that movie and Prabhas openly said that Rajamouli will go places. 'RRR' finally proved him right. The 'Mirchi' and 'Salaar' actor needs to be commended for working on the two 'Baahubali' movies for five years exclusively. His towering screen presence played a key role in elevating Rajamouli's stature in the Indian cinema space.
