Prabhas has announced a donation of Rs 1 Cr to the AP CM Relief Fund. The amount will be used towards providing flood relief measures in Rayalaseema.

This is the highest amount of contribution to have come out from a single individual in Tollywood. Rs 25 lakh is the highest that has been made before him. Megastar Chiranjeevi, Superstar Mahesh Babu, Mega Power Star Ram Charan and Jr NTR had made Rs 25 lakh contributions each.

Prabhas is winning hearts for being liberal in making a large-scale donation. When the Covid-19 pandemic started, he was one of the earliest celebs to make a donation. The 'Adipurush' and 'Salaar' actor gave Rs 1 Cr to the CM Relief Funds of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, besides contributing another Rs 3 Cr to the Prime Minister's Relief Fund.

'Radhe Shyam' is Prabhas' next release and it will hit the screens on January 14, 2022. Starring Pooja Hegde as the heroine and directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, it is in the post-production phase.
