Hero Srihari started off the proceedings by saying that the film is a huge success. He said, "My performance is being appreciated by one and all. As regards to the film we never compromised in anyway. So much risk was involved in the filmmaking, that we were confident of the film’s success right from the beginning. Having seen the business record of my previous films, I myself released the film all over Andhra Pradesh. I did that to avoid exploitation of my film. I am thankful to the audience for making the film a big success. Freedom Fighter Kaniganti Hanumanthayya inspired me. There are high voltage performances in the film. The death episode of Hanumanthayya is the highlight of the film. The technicians of the film worked very hard. The performance of character artist Vijay Chander is the real surprise of the film. The audience has compared my performance in the film with films like Bobbili Puli and Sardar Paparayudu. In my entire film career my Guru Director Dasari Narayana Rao never commented on my performance, but after seeing my performance in this film, he gave me a big hug and said you have performed extraordinarily. It bought tears to my eyes. The technicians too played a big part in the success of the film. Be it the Music Director or the Art Director and the Stunt Master Horseman Babu, they all worked hard in making the film a big success."

Director Chandra Mahesh said, "I am happy that the film has become a big hit. I am thankful to the Producer Shanthi Kumari for giving the opportunity to direct this film. The film has periodical backdrop and the performance of Srihari is the real highlight of the film. The dances of Lawrence and Raju Sundaram are an asset for the film. Likewise the music and the stunts in the film are of very high quality. All in all it is a total team effort."

Character Artist Vijay Chander who plays the role of Seetharamayya in the film, speaking on the occasion said, "the film is a big hit due to extraordinary performance of Hero Srihari. Especially the emotional scenes between actress K.R.Vijaya and Srihari have come out very well. The youth are also coming to the theatres to watch the film. There is also a message in the film to the youth of today on the ill effects of ragging. It has been told in a subtle manner. I am also thankful to the ladies who are coming in big numbers to watch the film."

Producer Shanthi Kumari said, "we had so much confidence in the story, I am happy that it has proved itself at the box-office. I am thankful to the audience for making the film such a big hit. I hope in the coming days the film will bring more and more people to the theatres."
