As the pioneer of Indian cinema Kamal Hassan celebrates his birthday today, fans of the actor have went a notch up by parading praise for the actor through posters throughout the city. While it is not uncommon for fans to celbrate their star’s birthday this way, one distinct attribute to be noted was the dashing slogans with a political flavour to it.

‘Aazhaporaar aandar’ (God will rule), ‘Thamizhagame virumbum thalamaiyae’ (the leader that TN wants) ‘Makkalin Big Boss’ (People’s Big Boss) and other such tag lines made their way into the posters which strongly supports the actor’s imminent political journey. 

No doubt that Kamal has garnered a huge base of zealous following over the years making him one of the most revered actor and soon-to-be politician in the state’s history.
