Posani Krishnamurali is back. After casting himself in one junk film after another, he is making another ferocious attempt to strike back with the funnily-titled Nithya Pellikoduku.

The actor, known for his madcap (clumsy) humour, will be seen playing "an entertaining character," and is paired with Gauri Pandit.

Directed by Alahari, the film is produced by GV Subbayya, under the banner Seven Hills Art Productions. It was launched on the Ugadi day. The makers are planning to complete as much ground as possible by filming the talkie part in the first schedule.

Written by Shaila Kumar, the film touches on the topic of "beauty vs virtue," in the case of a bride. Ghantadi Krishna is the music director.

Dialogues are by Deepika Raju and Shaila Kumar. Alahari is the story and screenplay writer, too.
