Speaking at a press meet today, Posani Krishna Murali on Monday lashed out at Chandrababu Naidu. He targeted the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister mainly over his "politicking and political dishonesty".
"The other day, a TDP leader said that voting for YSRCP would be akin to voting for BJP. I would like to say that voting for TDP would be akin to voting for a 'Kamma rajyam'. Can I say that? You (addressing CBN) licked the legs of the BJP for four years. You had dumped Muslims and Communists in 1999 and joined hands with BJP. After you came out of the NDA, you apologized to Muslims and said that joining hands with the saffron party was a historic blunder. You swore by your mother not to ever join hands with the party. But you did that again," Posani said.
He asked the family members of NTR (he didn't mention any particular name, though) to hold a press meet against CBN if they believe the founder of TDP lived by high values. "If you think otherwise, don't do it," he said.
Posani subtly made an appeal to Kammas all through the briefing.
He challenged CBN to make YS Jagan submit to a Narco Analysis test if he indeed knows that the YSRCP leader illegally amassed Rs. 40,000 crores. "Had Jagan not founded his own media houses, he would have been jailed and packed off to some remote place like Andaman jail," Posani opined sensationally.
He urged the media not to write keeping casteist considerations in mind. He took a dig at Andhra Jyothi's K Radha Krishna.
Posani, who had contested on Chiranjeevi's PRP ticket in 2009, observed that Pawan Kalyan was naive in trusting CBN in 2014. "He forgot that not just seniority but also sincerity too matters in developing a state," Posani noted. Calling the Jana Sena leader an 'Amayakudu' (naive guy), Posani added, "He even forgot the backstabbing that CBN had done with respect to Chiranjeevi garu. Chandrababu can use anybody if he wants to use."
Ruling out any political participation ever in his life, Posani was provocative throughout the briefing.
