Following requests from the Tamil Film Producers Council to change the title of Sundar C starrer Porukki since it is 'derogatory', the name of the movie has been changed as Adhirudhilla.

Directed by Sakthi Chidambaram, the movie has Sundar C, Nadhiya and Vivekh in important roles with new face Ragini donning the heroine's role.

With the shooting going on in a brisk mode, the title has now been changed paying heed to the advice of Producers Council.

It may be recalled that the council had urged to change the names of Porukki and Simbhu's Kettavan. However, it was said that Sakthi Chidambaram and Simbhu refused to do so stating that Kettavan means a young man who was spoiled by his lady love and Porukki means one who eliminates baddies from society.
