The power star of Kannada cinema maintaining the No.1 position since 2002 Puneeth Rajakumar has decided to appear in remake of 'Porali' in Kannada.

The first news of Samudhrakini 'Porali' remake in Kannada was broken by www.indiaglitz.com. Now further news is that Samudhrakini is directing the Kannada film with power star Puneeth Rajakumar and Yogish in the lead roles.

Yogish was part of Puneeth Rajakumar 'Hudugaru' Kannada cinema with Srinagara Kitty and that was 100 days film a remake of 'Nadodigal' Tamil film.

For ‘Porali’ Tamil film title the Kannada title is picked from Dr Rajakumar song rendered by him in a commercial film 'Sampathige Savaal'. It is a song of Dr Rajakumar in 'Sampathige Savaal' – Yaare Koogadali Oore Horadali Emme Ninage Satiyalla….a song Dr Rajakumar sitting on the buffalo is super hit. That was the beginning of singing career of Dr Rajakumar and singing brought the national award for Dr Rajakumar for the song 'Nadhamaya Yee Lokavella Nadha Maya'....for the film 'Jeeva Chaitra' in 1994.

Power star Puneeth Rajakumar ambitious project a book on his father Dr Rajakumar – 'Person behind Personality' is set for release in the month of May. In the month of May – 1st – workers day 'Anna Bond' is releasing. In the second week the film 'Yaare Koogadali' is also launching.
