The 18th season of Bigg Boss Hindi kicked off on the same day as the Bigg Boss Tamil Season 8. The Hindi version also features 18 contestants, including the Tamil actress Shrutika, who has acted in a few films like Suriya's 'Sri' and Madhavan's 'Nala Damayanthi'.

Shrutika is the granddaughter of veteran actor Thengai Srinivasan and is known for her appearance on the popular show 'Cook with Comali' aired on Vijay TV. Much like her cheerful and straightforward demeanour in 'Cook with Comali,' she is now making waves in the Bigg Boss Hindi as well.

Recently, during her interactions in the house, Shrutika used the Tamil word summa in a conversation, prompting Bigg Boss to ask for its meaning. Her humorous explanation has sparked laughter among viewers. Fans have been commenting on how Shrutika is standing out in Bigg Boss Hindi, and the video of her explaining the word has gone viral online.
