Popular serial actor attempts suicide, hospitalized

Popular Malayalam Tv actor Adithyan Jayan has allegedly attempted suicide on Sunday and has been hospitalized in a critical condition. Reportedly, the actor cut his vein and was spotted inside his car in Thrissur on April 25 evening. It was some of the locals who found him lying unconscious inside the car. The actor was immediately rushed to Thrissur government hospital. According to a report on ETimes, the actor had also taken a high dosage of sleeping pills and is in ICU.
It was recently, the actor hit the headlines after his wife and actress Ambili Devi came up with shocking revelations about the actor. Ambili had alleged that Adithyan, her second husband, had cheated on her. The actress also complained that she has been facing death threats from him.
However, Adithyan denied all the allegations and requested her not to use such personal issues to defame him.
