Popular Malayalam director Arun Gopy and his wife Saumya are blessed with twins on March 18. Taking to his social media handle, the 'Irupathiyonnaam Noottaandu' director announced the happy news that they are proud parents of a baby boy and baby girl. “Saumya and myself are blessed with a baby boy and a baby girl today. We thank God and praise His glory for this wonderful day. ,”Arun Gopy wrote on his Facebook handle. The director's post is flooded with congratulatory comments from celebs and fans alike.
Arun Gopy tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend Saumya John in 2019. The wedding was followed by a gala reception that was attended by many M-Town celebrities. On the work front, filmmaker Arun Gopy started his career with the Dileep-starrer political thriller 'Ramaleela', which was a huge hit despite the lead actor's alleged involvement in the abduction and assault of a popular actress. Later in 2019, Arun Gopy helmed ‘Irupathiyonnaam Noottaandu’, a film that featured Pranav Mohanlal in the lead role.
