Popular crazy star starts shooting for Varun Tej's 'Ghani'

It's known that Sandalwood superstar Upendra, who is popular in the Telugu States, is going to essay a key role in 'Ghani'. The boxing-based drama, which has Varun Tej as the protagonist, is currently being shot in Hyderabad.
The news is that Upendra has joined the ongoing schedule. The film, which will hit the screens on July 30 (unless postponed due to the imminent clash with 'Radhe Shyam'), is directed by Kiran Korrapati.
Upendra is not a stranger to Mega family movies. He played a key role in Allu Arjun's 'Son Of Sathyamurthy'.
Saiee Manjrekar, Bollywood star Sunil Shetty, Naveen Chandra and others are in important roles. If music and cinematography are by Thaman S and George C Williams, respectively, 'Ghani' has editing by Marthand K Venkatesh.
